AC-STB Paper – Machine readable pain diaries

Although AC-STB is an electronic system, it supports paper surveys and diaries in order to facilitate patients who insist on maintaining their documentation on paper. These surveys and diaries are as customizable as all the other input components and printed on the doctor's printer. Completed surveys are scanned and imported into the AC-STB system - closing the gap between non-electronic and electronic documentation.
